Extract sentiment analysis and trend insights from vast datasets to support business decision-making.Team Leadership: Build and manage a cross-functional team of data scientists, market researchers, financial analysts, and pharmaceutical experts. Foster innovation and promote continuous learning by encouraging the use of advanced research tools such as AI, ML, and automation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CHRO. Translate research findings into actionable business strategies that influence leadership development, financial planning, and product innovation. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and R&D teams to align research insights with organizational goals.Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA for healthcare data and SEC regulations for financial research.
