Your Role:

• Edit

  short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, clips)

  from long-form podcasts and shows.
• Craft fast-paced, story-driven edits that hold attention from start to finish.
• Add sound design, SFX, and motion elements that elevate the story.
• Work closely with producers and creators to shape the visual identity of each show.
• Stay ahead of content trends and bring fresh editing ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of short-form editing experience (Reels or Shorts videos).
• A strong portfolio that shows your sense of

  timing, energy, and storytelling

• Understanding of content trends, transitions, and viral formats.
