Job Title: Reels Editor – Skincare Brand

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Reels Editor to join our growing skincare team. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, aesthetic, and on-brand short-form video content (mainly Instagram Reels / Youtube Shorts) that educates, entertains, and inspires our audience to care for their skin.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) that aligns with our brand’s visual identity and messaging.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring skincare product stories and campaigns to life.
• Cut, trim, and arrange footage, add transitions, text overlays, and effects to create high-quality, scroll-stopping videos.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and trends.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, music, and editing styles relevant to skincare and beauty.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop fresh video concepts that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience editing Reels, or other short-form content for beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong command of editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar) is a plus
• Eye for aesthetics, color grading, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, formats, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of skincare and beauty industry trends (a plus).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing or user-generated content (UGC) editing.
• Basic photography or shooting experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
