>JOB SUMMERY

9AV productions, a young agency start up, is on the lookout for an ace short form editor cum videographer. The candidate will have creative freedom and will own the entire end to end creative cycle. Other than shooting and editing role also involves ideating, and planning.

>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Concepts Ideation & Shot division:

  - Come up with crazy scroll stopping visual hooks and creative direction.

• Shooting and production:

  - Shoot high-quality videos with sony cameras independently or with a small team, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.

• Editing:

  - Edit short-form videos like a pro with engaging transitions, motion graphics, music, pacing, after effects, aesthetic captions etc.

• Multitasking:

  - Handle multiple client's projects together.

>REQUIREMENTS

• As an editor you must be proficient with:-

  short form storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, after effects, design principles, typography, font pairing for aesthetic looking content

• As an videographer you must be proficient with:-

  short form composition, lightning, framing, and camera movements.

• As a professional you must have:-

  the ability to work independently and creatively and have excellent time management and multi tasking skills.

JOB TITLE: Content Creator

LOCATION: Goregaon, Mumbai (Hybrid)

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of short form videography & short form video editing

REMUNERATION: ₹3 LPA to ₹ 4.8 LPA + Annual performance bonus

REPORTS TO: Founder

SCHEDULE: 6 days working [Tue & Fri are WFO, rest will be shoot days or WFH]
