Redian Software - Team Lead - Mobile App Development

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers working on iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) applications.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define technical standards, code quality guidelines, and best practices for mobile development.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and optimize application performance.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and track team progress using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee app deployment and release management in App Store and Google Play Store.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and third-party services.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 47 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS and/or Kotlin/Java for Android.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a plus.
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with backend teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration tools.
• Solid knowledge of mobile app security best practices and performance optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and automation tools.
• Knowledge of push notifications, in-app purchases, and analytics integration.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Firebase, AWS Mobile, or Azure Mobile Services.
• Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams
