About The Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver software projects from conception to deployment. Responsibilities You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved within scope, budget, and Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained appropriately. Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. Drive agile/scrum practices and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business goals and technical Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software/IT environment. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
