Recycler Onboarding Executive

As a Recycler Onboarding Executive, your role will involve identifying and onboarding Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs) and procuring industrial waste from local industries to support EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance. Your focus will be on fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard Plastic Waste Processors and recyclers in the region. - Procure industrial waste from local industries for recycling purposes. - Conduct market mapping exercises and develop partnerships with local stakeholders. - Ensure the quality of materials in coordination with the Quality Assurance team. - Maintain accurate data records using the Ecoex mobile app. - Support audits and maintain necessary documentation for each waste pickup. - Collaborate effectively with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and other internal teams. - Be prepared to travel frequently within and outside the city for onboarding and relationship-building activities. Requirements: - Previous experience with EPR and working with recyclers or Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs). - Proficiency in communication using English, Hindi, and the local language. - Fieldwork experience and a good understanding of the local market dynamics. - Strong skills in relationship-building and problem-solving. - Willingness to travel on a daily basis. - Preferred: Ownership of a two-wheeler, laptop, and Android phone.
