As a Recycler Onboarding Executive based in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs) and procuring industrial waste from local industries. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) compliance, with a strong emphasis on fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and meeting monthly targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding Plastic Waste Processors and recyclers, procuring industrial waste from local industries, conducting market mapping, developing local partnerships, ensuring material quality with the Quality Assurance team, maintaining accurate data via the Ecoex mobile app, supporting audits and documentation for each pickup, as well as collaborating with internal teams such as Procurement, QA, Logistics, and others. Travelling frequently within and outside the city for onboarding and relationship building will be a part of your routine. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience with EPR and working with recyclers or PWPs, possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language, demonstrate fieldwork experience and local market knowledge, exhibit strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities, and be willing to travel daily. Having your own two-wheeler, laptop, and Android phone is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
