Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  
• Create and post job descriptions across various job portals and social platforms
  
• Source potential candidates through advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone interviews
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members and follow up on feedback
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including offer rollout and onboarding
  
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
  
• Provide weekly updates to stakeholders and suggest hiring improvements
  
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
  
• 25 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  
• Proficient in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and MS Office/Google Sheets
  
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
