Day-to-day tasks include posting job vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves conducting training sessions for new hires and assisting with onboarding activities. Qualifications Hiring and Recruiting skills Proficient in Interviewing and Communication Experience in Training and Development Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
