Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across business units.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Conduct preliminary HR discussions to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
Support in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and internal processes.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (Mandatorily in technical as well as non-technical roles)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
