What You’ll Do

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  across multiple industries (sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure).
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

  , internal databases, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess fit and readiness.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports (ATS/Excel).
• Coordinate with clients for feedback, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Meet hiring targets and contribute to overall team success.

Who You Are

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in agency or corporate recruitment.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and relationship management

  skills.
• Strong knowledge of

  job portals and sourcing techniques

  .
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in

  IT, Non-IT, or Engineering

  recruitment is a plus.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated

  professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration

  , or a related field.
• Proficiency in

  end-to-end hiring and recruitment processes

• Strong
