Recruitment Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing talent through effective recruiting processes and tools. Your responsibilities will include gathering role requirements, advocating for candidates, influencing hiring managers, and managing recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop talent through effective recruiting processes and tools - Advocate for candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process - Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles - Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals - Partner with key stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within IT technologies - Ability to take ownership of supporting all open roles individually and as a team member - Good understanding of software business, preferably Digital, Analytics, and Technology hiring - Energetic and ambitious professional with strong integrity - Strong communication, analytical, and influential skills - Proficient in talent mapping and networking with candidates at all levels - Keen learner with the ability to navigate through ambiguity - Experience in maintaining meticulous reports, analyzing trends, and achieving a high offer to joining ratio - Quick joiners are preferred Location: - Bangalore/Udupi Seniority Level: - 5-9 years of experience, mid-level in hierarchy Skills: - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition - Human Resources (HR) - Performance Evaluation - Training and Development - Compensation & Benefits - Employee Engagement,
