Recruitment Manager (Non Tech)

Role Overview: As an experienced Recruitment Manager at the Kolkata location, your main responsibility will be to drive talent acquisition across various verticals such as Housing Finance, MSME, Personal Loans, Used Cars, Credit, and Operations & Collections within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Zonal Heads to understand and plan for current and future hiring needs. - Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for multiple product verticals. - Optimize sourcing channels and ensure cost-effective hiring. - Conduct interviews, manage salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding. - Monitor and report on recruitment progress and ensure timely closures. Key Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the NBFC or financial services sector, with a focus on asset-based businesses. - Strong expertise in non-technical, volume hiring. - Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage high-priority, high-volume hiring needs. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,
