Job Objective : The objective of this role is to drive the team to achieve the hiring targets within TAT in the assigned portfolios. Job Description : To engage with senior managers and stakeholders to understand current and upcoming business requirements To validate manpower requisition in consultation with line manager and business HR To work with the hiring team closely and help them deliver upon the priority and critical positions To analyze various recruitment metrics and come up with insights to improve processes and efficiencies Proactively create a talent pipeline for critical / niche roles Track and publish key recruitment KPIs & trackers like open position tracker, aging analysis, conversion rate, etc. Drive compliance against SOPs and defined processes Required Skills : Ability to drive the team along with managing individual targets Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Prior experience in team handling is mandatory Result-oriented approach towards managing work assignments with a strong bias for action. Strong negotiation ability with a flair to sell an opportunity to the prospective candidates Exposure to hiring for sales / operations / calling profiles is mandatory
