Recruitment Manager - Construction Staffing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for client management by liaising with clients to understand their project requirements and ensuring timely and accurate deployment of manpower to client sites. Additionally, you will handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations related to manpower deployment - Coordinate with HRM/recruitment teams to ensure availability of skilled workers - Track attendance, performance, and productivity of deployed staff - Manage field coordinators, supervisors, and administrative staff - Provide leadership, training, and support to the operations team - Ensure adherence to labor laws, visa regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements - Maintain all records of employees, contracts, and client communications - Plan transportation, accommodation, and shift schedules for workers - Monitor costs and work towards improving cost efficiency Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in client management and operations coordination - Strong team management skills - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.,
