Recruitment Manager - Construction Staffing

The job involves Client Management where you will be responsible for liaising with clients to understand their project requirements, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of manpower to client sites, and handling client queries to resolve issues promptly. You will also be in charge of Operations & Coordination by planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations related to manpower deployment. This includes coordinating with HRM/recruitment teams to ensure availability of skilled workers and tracking attendance, performance, and productivity of deployed staff. Additionally, you will manage Team Management by overseeing field coordinators, supervisors, and administrative staff. You will provide leadership, training, and support to the operations team to ensure smooth functioning. Compliance & Documentation will be a key aspect of the role where you will need to ensure adherence to labour laws, visa regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements. It will also involve maintaining records of employees, contracts, and client communications. Logistics & Scheduling will be another responsibility where you will plan transportation, accommodation, and shift schedules for workers. You will also monitor costs and work towards improving cost efficiency for the operations. This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule and the work location is In person.,
