Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future hiring needs. You will manage a team of recruiters, work closely with department heads, and ensure a seamless hiring process that reflects our employer brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using sourcing tools, job boards, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, requirements, and selection processes. Improve the candidate experience and employer branding initiatives. Track recruitment metrics to measure success and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and company standards. Coordinate campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment events when required. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
