Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels. Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of resumes to identify top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate options. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of all interactions, interviews, and offers made.
