Job Profile: Understanding the job description and researching the profile and client's industry properly. Screening CVs as per the JD and key skills is given. Need to work on both technical and nontechnical profiles. Taking Telephonic/VC interviews of the candidates Need to work on the top Job Portals Social Hiring Data Management and Co-ordination Desired Candidate Profile: Good communication skills. (English) Extremely Self-motivated, hard-working with a go-getter attitude. Good Presentation Skills. Result-oriented. Knowledge about computers (MS Office, Emailing). Passionate about recruitment. Willingness to make a career in the recruitment field only. Note: Proper Job Training will be provided.Week offs- All Sundays and 2nd and 4th SaturdaysOffice Time- 9:30am to 6:30pmSalary: 10k to 20k + Very Good Monthly Incentive(No upper limit of earning incentives)
