Recruitment Executive

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from multiple job portals based on hiring requirements.
• Screen and evaluate candidate resumes for relevance and skill match.
• Conduct pre-screening to assess communication skills, aptitude, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
• Understand hiring requirements and business processes for accounting roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity on Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/HRMS platforms.
• Use basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) for daily tasks.
  

✅ Key Requirements

• Candidates with more than 1 year of Recruitment experience.
• Strong interest in building a career in

  HR – Non-IT Recruitment

  .

• Experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS/HRMS platforms (preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and good rapport-building ability.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong multitasking and research skills.

Salary based on LDS.
