For the academic year 2026–27, we are on a mission to recruit 500+ passionate teachers — and we are looking for energetic Recruitment Executives to join our mission-driven team.

Job Role: Recruitment Executive / Telecaller (Teacher Hiring)

You will be responsible for calling, screening, and scheduling interviews for teaching candidates across various subjects and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Making calls to the applicants.
• Explain job details, school locations, and INNOCREUTR’s teacher platform to candidates.
• Screen candidates based on qualification, subject knowledge, and communication.
• Scheduling Interviews everyday.
• Send company information and interview details through WhatsApp & Email.
• Handle queries, reschedules, and confirm attendance for daily interviews.
• Update candidate data in Google Sheets / CRM accurately.
• Follow up post-interview for documentation and joining process.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Interview Panel for daily progress reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred)
• Strong convincing and coordination ability
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email)
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR calling, telecalling, or education sector is an advantage

Qualification

• Minimum Graduate (any stream)
• Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply
• B.Ed / HR / MBA / Education background is an added advantage Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Performance Incentives: Attractive bonuses per successful teacher joining
• 6-day work week
• Work timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Career Growth: Opportunity to become Team Lead or Recruitment Manager within 6–12 months
