Job Summary: We are looking to hire an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing candidates through job portals, especially Naukri.com. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international recruitment and possess excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Work on Non-IT positions across various industries. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: understanding client requirements, sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer management. Handle recruitment mandates for international clients, including the Middle East, Africa, and other global markets. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. Proven track record sourcing candidates via Naukri.com. Prior experience working with international clients is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
