In this role, you will actively engage with civil engineering students in colleges and institutes, introduce them to our advanced CADer software, and guide them through the value it brings to their academic and professional journey.You will serve as the key bridge between NERWAY Learning and educational institutions—expanding our reach and building meaningful connections.⸻Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with civil engineering colleges, institutes, and student bodies. • Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional sessions introducing CADer to students and faculty. • Identify potential student groups and organize campus activities to boost outreach. • Explain product features, benefits, and learning outcomes of CADer in an easy and engaging way. • Assist students with onboarding, registration, and product demonstrations. • Collect feedback from students and institutions to help improve product offerings and engagement strategies. • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to develop student-centric promotional content. • Track outreach performance and submit regular reports on engagement metrics. • Maintain a positive brand image of NERWAY Learning across all interactions.⸻Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering, Management, or Education preferred).(Freshers can apply) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to present information clearly and confidently to student groups. • Passion for education technology and student development. • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with fieldwork and campus visits. • Prior experience in counseling, student outreach, sales, or ed-tech promotion is a plus.⸻What We Offer • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives. • Training and certification on CADer software and other NERWAY tools. • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing ed-tech company. • Collaborative and growth-driven work environment. • Chance to make a real impact on students’ careers and learning outcomes.⸻How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to info@getcader.com with the subject line: Application for Recruitment Counselor – NERWAY Learning.Join us in shaping the future of civil engineering education!
