Job Description

The job involves preparing select tracker and sending Welcome emails to all the selected candidates. You will be responsible for guiding newly hired employees to complete their documentation and other joining formalities. Additionally, you will be required to roll out offer letters to the selected candidates and add their details in the HR database/system. It is important to maintain a complete record of confirmed candidates and engage with them until their induction. Welcoming new inductees into the company is also part of the role. The ideal candidate should have an HSC qualification with a minimum of 1 year experience in BPO/Non BPO roles. Good communication skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Strong teamwork skills, good organizational and time management skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and the candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts. The shift timings for this role are any 9 hours between 11am and 11pm. Transport facilities include centralized pick-up and home-drops.,
