Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate candidate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers to facilitate the decision-making process.
Assist in the negotiation of job offers and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
