Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving growth by generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and responding to inquiries. Your communication and organizational skills will play a critical role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote our recruitment services to potential clients
• Provide professional, detailed responses to client inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
• Follow up on leads and build long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly calling targets
• Collaborate with team members to enhance engagement and outreach strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is an advantage
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications

• Location: Pala (Kottayam) / Cochin, Kerala
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
