Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving growth by generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and responding to inquiries. Your communication and organizational skills will play a critical role in our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to promote our recruitment services to potential clients Provide professional, detailed responses to client inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions Follow up on leads and build long-term client relationships Meet and exceed daily and monthly calling targets Collaborate with team members to enhance engagement and outreach strategies Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is an advantage Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications Job Details: Location: Pala (Kottayam) / Cochin, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred (Freshers are also welcome to apply) How to Apply: Are you self-motivated and passionate about connecting with people?
