Role Overview: You will be working as a Recruitment Adviser supporting Swinburne University of Technology in driving student recruitment and partnership engagement in India. This role will give you the opportunity to represent a globally recognized Australian university and contribute to its growth in the South Asia region. Key Responsibilities: - Grow Swinburne's student recruitment by delivering activities within budget and on time, achieving annual recruitment targets, and utilizing all available tools and initiatives to support conversion and enrolment. - Manage and enhance relationships with key stakeholders by building strong relationships with Swinburne representatives, education agents, schools, and partner institutions, ensuring regular communication with the Swinburne International team, and representing Swinburne at relevant fairs, events, and meetings. - Support conversion and applicant management by providing guidance to prospective students, following up with leads and applicants, and working closely with agents to support application submissions and resolve student queries efficiently. - Provide market intelligence and reporting by tracking market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences, and recommending new initiatives or approaches to improve recruitment performance in the region. - Ensure compliance with Swinburne's brand, messaging, and compliance standards in all promotional and recruitment activities, maintaining a professional and ethical approach in all student and stakeholder interactions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in international student recruitment, preferably for Australian universities. - Strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and student mobility trends. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. - Willingness to travel domestically for recruitment and outreach activities.,
