As an Ops Sup Analyst 1 at Citi, your role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. Your primary objective is to offer day-to-day operations support in line with Citi's operations infrastructure and processes. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct business analysis and document current and future state of Client Reports and Advices - Provide regular status updates and create presentations for project updates - Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure regulatory business requirements are met - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology, advising on priorities and delivery timelines - Facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, and create User Acceptance Test scripts - Manage project plans and follow-ups across departments - Work on multiple projects simultaneously to deliver regulatory client deliverables - Ensure exceptional client experience and adherence to compliance with laws and regulations - Assess risk appropriately in business decisions to safeguard Citigroup and its clients **Qualifications:** - Previous relevant experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - General knowledge of client reporting and competitor practices - Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries - Strong organization and time management skills - Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description offers an overview of your responsibilities and qualifications.
