Recruiting Manager

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to construction project needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, internal referrals, and on-ground recruitment drives.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for key positions including engineers, foremen, site supervisors, safety officers, and skilled/unskilled laborers.
• Partner with manpower agencies and sub-contractors for bulk hiring when needed.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain detailed recruitment reports, metrics, and hiring status updates.
• Implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Guide and train junior recruiters and HR executives when necessary.
