About The Role

What would you do?
Associate will be responsible for performing day to day task per the recruitment process guidelines:1. Create approved requisition.2. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition3. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool4. Conduct external sourcing - Post job5. Perform data mining for additional candidates6. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods.7. Develop list of candidates to be screened8. Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 9. Conduct hiring manager assessment10. Perform pre-employment checks & New Joiner On boarding & Orientation. Recruitment Administration & AnalyticsCandidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International MarketAssess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.What are we looking for?
  • Education - Graduate - To be verified through documents submitted at the time of interview and through background check post on boarding
  • Total Years of Experience -1-2 years of BPO Experience - To be verified through documents submitted at the time of interview and through background check post on boardingSkills / Knowledge - Mandatory Vs Preferred- Measure of Skill Proficiency - Evaluation MethodologyVerbal Communication:Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation - Mandatory - 55% - Versant IVR based Voice TestCustomer Service Skills - Mandatory - 35% - Pearson Online Customer Service Profile TestMS Office - Mandatory - 75% - Written AssessmentEmail Writing Skills - Mandatory - Met Expectation /Not Met Expectation - Scenario based written AssessmentApplication Knowledge - Preferred ---Familiarity with Taleo
    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Note for Sourcing - Candidate meets the educational, industry & role specific experience criteria to be put across HR screening. Preferred to have lived in or at least visited the US, or must have visited the US/client as part of prior work experience. Must work US day/India night hours
  • Note for HR Screening - Candidate meets the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role, basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment.
  • Note for Ops Interview - Candidate nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the pipeline of the resources available to meet the hiring targets.
  • Note for Offer Management - Candidates fits the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision.
