Qualifications:Graduate (preferably in HR, Healthcare Administration, or similar). Experience in recruitment (especially in healthcare) preferred. Understanding of NABH/NABL standards is a plus. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel if needed (preferred, not mandatory). Compensation: Commission per successful hire (negotiable). Performance bonuses.
