Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bangalore Industry: Education Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in the education sector. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and ensuring smooth hiring processes to support the growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screenings and schedule interviews. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs. Support HR team in other HR operations as required. Desired Candidate Profile: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with recruitment portals, social media hiring, and networking.
