Job Description

About the Role:

Non-IT Bulk Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for bulk hiring (Non-IT profiles).
Understand
business requirements
and create hiring strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through various channels
job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn), employee referrals, social media
, etc.
Coordinate with
hiring managers and stakeholders
for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain
trackers, reports, and dashboards
for hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.
1–6 years
of experience in bulk / volume hiring for non-IT roles.
Strong knowledge of
sourcing platforms
and recruitment techniques.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
Excel, MIS reporting, and recruitment tracking tools
.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience with
vendor coordination
or
campus drives
is a plus.
