Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for creating and placing job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting background checks to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in creating job advertisements and maintaining job postings
• Strong skills in screening resumes and conducting background checks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Experience in the health or Ayurveda industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
