Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and Screening:

- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks

- Screen candidates resumes and job applications to ensure they meet the requirements

- Interviewing and Evaluation:

- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage job postings, job fairs, and local hiring events

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process

- Candidate Experience:

- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

- Provide support and answer questions to create a positive candidate experience

- Metrics and Reporting:

- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month, depending on experience
