Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing and Screening: - Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks - Screen candidates resumes and job applications to ensure they meet the requirements - Interviewing and Evaluation: - Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Recruitment Process Management: - Manage job postings, job fairs, and local hiring events - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process - Candidate Experience: - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Provide support and answer questions to create a positive candidate experience - Metrics and Reporting: - Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports Requirements: - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment or high-volume hiring - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge: - Familiarity with labor laws and regulation Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month, depending on experience Additional Requirements: - Master degree in HR, Business. - Strong sourcing and networking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and recruitment best practices.
