Role Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, and supporting the empanelment process for recruitment and staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and online research. Approach HR Heads/Managers to pitch Proxima's recruitment & staffing services. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client empanelment documents. Build and maintain client relationships for repeat and ongoing business. Support the BD Manager in negotiations and closure of client contracts. Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled. Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
