Job Summary:

Senior HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit 

  healthcare and therapy professionals

   (psychologists, therapists, wellness coaches, etc.).
• Conduct interviews, assess provider suitability, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage end-to-end 

  provider onboarding

   to ensure a seamless experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to align hiring needs with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for 

  global and local providers

  .
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and provider engagement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience

   in HR recruitment, preferably in 

  healthcare or therapy-related hiring

  .
• Exceptional 

  communication and negotiation skills

  .
• Experience in 

  global and local hiring

   of healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of 

  provider onboarding and compliance processes

  .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
