Recruiter - Out of Hours

Job Title:

Work Location– Work from Office in Ahmedabad(Must be ready to Relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat)

Work Timings

• Flexible rotational shifts
• 5 Days a week (Working Saturday/ Sunday and Bank Holidays) –

  2 days a off during the week

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand job requirements.
• Sourcing, Screening, Interview, and evaluation of candidate
• Reviewing applicants’ details to verify details matching with position requirement
• Formatting of Resumes as per client’s expectations
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Research new technologies for effective work closure
• Maintaining of candidate data base
• Prepare and send daily Recruitment report to Team Leader
• Maintaining current records and personal report for review against performance targets
• Reviewing large number of resumes or curriculum vitae
• Conducting interviews (over the phone/ virtual) to determine the matching Skillsets/qualities before submitting them to the hiring manager or key interview panel
• Responsible for bookings of shifts.
• Working as per defined process and recruitment strategies of the organization/client/project
• Ideate new approaches towards developing better recruitment methodologies
• Arranging several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, job vacancy journals, etc.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Fresher to 1 Years
• Good communication skills (verbal + written)
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency using the internet and social media channels
• Negotiation, Analytical and Selling Skill
