Recruiter - MEA

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Consultant-MENA for Staffington Consulting located in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for working on both IT/Non-IT roles, sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent in accordance with Staffington's needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications to help inform recruitment strategies. Managing the entire recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for further interviews, and checking their references will also be part of your responsibilities. Your educational qualifications should include an MBA, BBA/BCA/BSc. Requirements for this role include conversational fluency in Arabic, a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the MENA Region, and a maximum of 5 years of experience in both IT/Non-IT recruitment. You should be familiar with sourcing techniques and tools, as well as have a good understanding of the staffing process. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, along with a customer service approach, are essential. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key. You should also possess a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics in promoting an employer's brand image and protecting candidate privacy. Your strong interpersonal and analytical skills will be valuable in working with a diverse group of individuals. The ability to handle multiple positions and work effectively in a fast-paced technology environment is crucial. Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, job aggregators, social media, and search engines for candidate search and retention is required. You should be able to remain positive under pressure, problem solve under ambiguous circumstances, and demonstrate flexibility. Recruitment experience in Healthcare, Data and AI, Information Technology, and Sustainability would be a plus for this role.,
