Job Description

Looking for an IT Recruiter with end-to end recruitment experience.

Only Immediate Joiner.

Coordination with the department on job posting texts
Job posting on job portals (LinkedIn Job Slots, career website)
Pre-screening of candidate profiles (after briefing with the department)
Forwarding the shortlist to the department
Scheduling interviews coordination of the interview process (currently in India: 1. Teams interview 2. Offline assessment – 3. Onsite interview)
During the interview: 10-minute presentation pitch, moderating the conversation, assessing personal suitability
Post-interview: notifying rejected candidates, preparing offers, drafting contracts, and onboarding in the system.
Provide updated documentation on all elements of the recruitment process including via ATS if required.
Weekly recruitment progress updates to the hiring manager or HR lead.
Timely provision of SLA reports
Shall be available within the hours of: 9:30am to 6:30pm India Standard Time Location of provision of Services.
