- Achieve assigned volume targets through recruiters for the South region.
- Maximize job drives.
- Ensure achievement of individual hiring targets for assigned team members.
- Guide the team on field recruitment and mass hiring activities.
- Supervise the recruitment team and report their performance.
- Manage and control client escalations.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely interview feedback, offer letters, and joinings.
- Coordinate with clients to increase mandate flow.
- Prior experience in the staffing industry.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitments for Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
- Team management experience.
- Willingness to travel.
