Recruiter

As a Recruiter at our company located in Mohali, Sector 75, your role will involve being a dedicated and proactive member of our HR team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and references. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - Conduct initial HR discussions and handle salary negotiations with selected candidates. - Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all newly hired candidates. In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Experience using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process. - Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously to meet the company's talent needs. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
