Recruiter intern

As a Recruiter Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers - Posting job openings on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and recruitment portals - Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates" qualifications - Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Managing recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases and interview schedules - Supporting the team in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities - Assisting in creating job descriptions, job ads, and other recruitment content - Providing general administrative support to the HR team as required To be successful in this role, you should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
