Recruiter intern

As a Recruiter Intern at our company located in Janakpuri West Delhi, you will be an integral part of the recruitment team for a duration of 3 months. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to post job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates" qualifications. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and managing recruitment-related administrative tasks. This will involve maintaining candidate databases, interview schedules, and providing general administrative support to the HR team as required. Furthermore, you will support the team in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities, as well as assist in creating job descriptions, job ads, and other recruitment content. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with good organizational and time-management abilities. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and take a proactive approach are also crucial. Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
