Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter Intern. The Recruiter Intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include creating and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing communication with applicants. Additional responsibilities include supporting hiring strategies, ensuring the recruitment processes run smoothly, and contributing ideas to improve talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and team interactions
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks
  • Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes is a plus
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous
  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
