Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate profiles.
Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in BPO hiring or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of bpo customer service, sales, voice processes, and technical support roles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients over phone/email/chat platforms.
