Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidate profiles.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO hiring or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of bpo customer service, sales, voice processes, and technical support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients over phone/email/chat platforms.
