As a Recruitment Specialist at iQor in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, your role involves researching, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions. You will partner with managers and supervisors to identify required qualifications, maintain a network of contacts for candidate sourcing, conduct initial screenings, review applications, and coordinate career fairs. Additionally, you will develop contacts with schools and public organizations, provide information on job opportunities, maintain records in compliance with employment legislation, and prepare offer letters for prospective candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and determine qualifications needed for positions - Maintain a network of contacts for candidate sourcing - Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews - Review applications and interview applicants - Coordinate career fairs and develop contacts with schools and public organizations - Provide information on job opportunities and facilities - Maintain records in accordance with legislation - Prepare offer letters for prospective candidates - Coordinate travel arrangements for interviewing or relocating candidates Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting role preferred - Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate, or Equivalent required - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred As an essential function of the job, you may occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force, have visual acuity for data analysis and computer work, and sit for extended periods.
