Role Overview: As a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and providing day-to-day HR support to ensure the employees thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical thinking and multitasking skills will be essential in managing various HR responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding processes. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Identify and source qualified talent for different roles using proactive sourcing strategies. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track recruitment activities. - Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR-related support and guidance. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees. - Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. - Assist in the performance review cycle and maintain accurate employee records and HR data. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. - Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles. - Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a dynamic environment. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Capacity to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
